Indium antimonide (InSb) Hall elements have ultra-high sensitivity, but the temperature characteristics are worse than those of gallium arsenide Hall elements, so constant voltage operating drives are generally used to meet more stable temperature characteristics, which are suitable for brushless DC motors and closed-loop current sensors.

By detecting the position of the rotor poles, the indium antimonide Hall element can calculate the motor speed in real time and output the position signal of the motor rotor, which is used to control the output torque and rotation angle of the motor to ensure that the motor always runs at the correct speed and angle

The indium antimonide Hall element converts the magnetic field generated by the current to be measured into Hall voltage, and the Hall voltage letter is connected to the feedback circuit, and the input current in the feedback circuit is basically consistent with the current to be measured, and finally the Hall element achieves zero magnetic flux, and the current to be measured can be tested by the input current of the feedback circuit
